Thursday, 26th May 2011.

12.15 am – We arrived at Pencil Guesthouse, Seoul. Called the owner from the house’s skype via net sbb pintu guesthouse tak kunci. I guess sbb area tu pun safe kot. The room is surprisingly cute but neat and clean. Was very disappointed when i found out that I have been carrying one wrong camera charger all this while from KL! Luckily Wani got hers. Phew..

6 am – woke up n prepare for the day. Had a breakfast downstairs for free n cook rice for our lunch box. First impression from the first few days, org2x dia comel dan cute macam dlm drama korea tu..

9.15 am – Went out to USO to pay for the DMZ tour. USO tour company ni kalau ikut review yg paling best la kalau nak lawat ke sempadan tu, dan dah tentu sekali yang termahal juga.  The weather is nice and hopefully it will always on our side till the end of the trip. On our way, got a bit panicked and asked some guys for direction. Sign language terbaek :D . Prepare for it.. But the people are very helpful n polite. About the DMZ, no slippers allowed, x boleh ada tulisan2x kat baju. We need to be there at 7am on the day of tour. Then we head back to the guest house to pick up our heavy bags again.

11 am – went out and heading to Seorak. One thing that i realised, the city is really clean even though wastebins are nowhere to be seen. Also, some guys even carry their own handbag. 2 bananas cost 1000 won (rm3), snikers choc is 1200 won (rm3.60). At 12.59 pm, we departed to Seorak. For 16000 won (rm48), the bus was really comfortable. The bus will depart exactly on time.

3.15 pm – finally arrived at Sokcho. In Sokcho, there is this Seorak National Park which is one of Unesco world’s natural heritage. Dari Sokcho bus terminal, kami naik bas 1000 won ke mana-mana destinasi sekali naik. Kami ke Seoraksan, Seorak Morning Inn. Rate weekdays 30k won, on weekend lak 40k won.

Kami lunch di bilik je. Keluarkan periuk nasi dan start kumbahkan lauk yg ibu bekalkan.. Sambal ikan bilik n serunding. Ok.. Org malaysia mmg gitu, makan kena sedap ok?

5.30 pm – lepas solat, keluar ke Seoraksan National Park. Cantik sgt.. Temple park n Ulsanbawi. Layan jelaa gambar2x ni. Lepas abt 1 hour, kami berjln balik semula ke guest house.
